We enrolled our children in Taekwondo to teach them discipline, respect, humility, and true sportsmanship not negative cheering and disrespect during competition.

Sometimes, emotions and intensity inside the venue can take over, causing us to forget that the opposing athletes, fellow parents, and especially young children can hear every word we say.

Our children learn not only from their instructors, but also from us.
The way we cheer, react, and treat others becomes the example they carry with them.

As instructors, parents, and members of the Taekwondo community, we should never tolerate negativity or unsportsmanlike behavior. It reflects not only on the individual, but also on our dojang, our values, and the culture we are building for the next generation.

Let us continue to develop athletes with character, humility, respect, and class not just champions who win medals, but champions in life.
