EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY JULY 9, 2026

We are pleased to release our updated official training schedule for all programs, with complete details on sessions, offerings, and assigned coaches/instructors. All activities are open to beginners, students, and practitioners of all levels.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

✅ Start on time: Arrive 10–15 minutes early for warm-up and preparation
✅ Proper attire: Wear complete uniform or approved training clothes for each program
✅ Safety first: Follow instructions strictly; observe discipline, respect, and proper conduct
✅ Open to all: Beginners, youth, adults, and students are welcome to join any session
✅ For inquiries, approach your assigned coach/trainer/facilitator or the center head directly
