Experience Is Still a Win

We might lose the finals, but we still win the experience. 🏀

We entered this U23 tournament with an U17 group not expecting to make it to the finals. Our goal was simple: give our players experience, help them mature, and challenge them against older and stronger competition.

But these boys stepped up. They made adjustments, trusted the system, and believed in each other.

Everything starts in practice. Even with a few of our players battling through injuries, they kept working and competing.

The results are important, but the growth is even more important. This tournament gave them lessons they can carry into the next game, the next tournament, and the future.

Big credit to Coach Dedase Bryan and the entire coaching staff for making the right adjustments during practice and preparing the team for this crucial game. 💪🏀
