Heads up ladies and gents of Barangay San Rafael for this year's Basketball Tournament (Male Division) sponsored by the SK Council. Please read the complete details below:
1. The tournament shall consist of 3 categories (Midget, Junior, and Open Category). Each team shall consist of 6-12 players excluding the manager, coach, es**rt and muse. Strict compliance with the age requirements and number of players required by the committee is expected. No excuses will be accommodated for fairness.
Midget:17 and below
Junior: 18-24
Open Category: 25 and above
2. The registration fee is Php 2000 per team in all categories. To register your team, please approach SK Chairman John Paul Perdiz and present the requirements.
Requirements:
a. Registration fee (Php 2000)
b. Copy of Birth Certificate of Team Players and Members.
c. Residency Certificate of Team Players and Members.
Note: The paper requirements should be compiled in a long white folder (Residency and Birth Certificate). One folder per player. Indicate the complete name in the upper left corner of the folder.
3. The Basketball Tournament will use the Single Round Robin Approach which will be explained in the orientation. The date will be announced soon.
4. The deadline of the registration of Teams is on or before April 20. 5 days grace period will be given after the deadline.
5. Expected Concerns, protests, and petitions (e.g. not following the age requirement, not following the required number of players) of Teams shall be presented prior to the opening of the tournament in Printed Copy with signatories of team manager and team coach. The petitions that are inevitable during the tournament will also be accommodated as long as it is presented in a Printed Copy with signature of manager and coach.
