TO OUR FANS AND SUPPORTERS
After many memorable years of representing the Philippines on the international stage, we would like to share an important announcement regarding the future of Go for Gold Cycling.
After careful consideration, we have decided that 2026 will be our final season competing as a UCI Continental Team.
Our journey at the Continental level has been one we will always be proud of. It has provided Filipino riders with opportunities to compete internationally, represent our country, achieve victories at home and abroad, and demonstrate the talent and potential of Philippine cycling.
None of this would have been possible without the tremendous support we have received from our sponsors, partners, families, and especially our fans.
As we look toward 2027 and beyond, we have made the decision to realign our resources toward the continued development of Philippine cycling. Our focus will be on developing local Filipino riders, increasing our participation and support for local racing, and establishing a track cycling club to create additional opportunities and pathways for our athletes.
While our chapter as a UCI Continental Team is coming to a close, Go for Gold Cycling is not leaving the sport.
Rather, we are entering a new chapter, one that brings our resources closer to home and allows us to invest more directly in the next generation of Filipino cyclists.
We remain fully committed to our 2026 season and intend to represent our team, our supporters, and our country with pride until our final race as a Continental Team.
To everyone who has followed our journey, cheered for our riders, celebrated our victories, and stood behind us through the years, we extend our deepest gratitude.
Thank you for believing in our team and, more importantly, for believing in Filipino cycling.
We hope you will continue this journey with us as we work toward building a stronger future for the sport.
This is not the end of Go for Gold Cycling. It is the beginning of our next chapter.
Filipino talent deserves a chance.
We will continue to Go for Gold.
With sincere gratitude,
Jeremy
