New recovery tool unlocked.

Just got these compression boots from Oarlo and I'm excited to add them to the Iron Barracks recovery arsenal.

Still unboxing and getting everything set up, but looking forward to seeing how these fit into recovery sessions moving forward.

Kapag may masakit sa katawan, wala ka talagang peace of mind.

A friend of mine came in with pain that was already affecting daily life and even basketball.

Kita rin sa video kung paano naaapektuhan yung movement niya.

After the session, mas okay na yung galaw and pakiramdam niya overall.

Feeling better is honestly something priceless.

Kasi kapag may iniinda kang sakit araw-araw,

From college friends to clients.

Pinuntahan ko yung college friend ko sa Marikina.

May neck, shoulder and traps concern na matagal na,
kaya ramdam na rin sa movement niya.

After working on it,
mas maluwag na yung galaw and mas okay na pakiramdam.

After the session,
he even asked me to train him (now eh nag ttrain na kami together)

Good feeling lang makatulong,
lalo na sa mga taong matagal mo nang kaibigan.

Even strong men need release too.

Had the chance to work with Coach Carlos, Philippine Strongman Champion.
Honored to do a session with him.

He had tightness on his left hip and abductors,
and you can see sa start ng video na medyo limited yung movement.

I worked on the restriction during the session,
and after, mas naging smooth and free yung galaw niya.

Kahit malakas ka,
if there’s a restriction, you’ll still feel it.

Ayaw niya dalhin yung sakit sa vacation.

May neck and shoulder tension na siya for a while.

Simple lang ang goal niya.
Maging pain-free and relaxed before umalis.

As long as kaya ko i-maneho, I’ll make the trip.

After the session, mas maluwag na yung galaw
and mas okay na pakiramdam niya.

Minsan yun lang kailangan.
Ayusin muna bago mag unwind.

My client Arllie, friend ko rin from the gym, was dealing with neck pain for about 2 months.

Akala niya mawawala lang sa pahinga or if he just waited it out.
Minsan ganun naman talaga.

But in his case, the tension kept coming back.

So we worked on fascia release during the session.

Afterwards, he told me na nawala yung discomfort na matagal na niyang nararamdaman.

Not everyone reacts the same way during IASTM,
but what matters most is the relief you feel after.

Minsan pahinga lang ang kailangan.
Minsan kailangan din i-address yung restriction sa katawan.

Here’s my client, April.

She practices breathing work and yoga regularly.
But every day around 5pm, she starts feeling neck and shoulder pain.

It wasn’t random.

By late afternoon, the tension accumulates in the neck and shoulders.

Even if you know how to do breath work, the body can still store physical stress in the tissues.

That’s where direct recovery work helps.

After our IASTM session, she reported that she didn’t feel her usual 5pm neck and shoulder pain.

Not everyone reacts the same way during a session.
But what matters most is the relief and better movement after.

Recovery supports what you already do.

Left knee issue.

He’s been dealing with weakness on his left knee for a while.

Ramdam niya na mas weaker compared to the other side.

May times din na bigla na lang nag bu-buckle yung knee niya.

Matagal na niya iniinda, but it started affecting how he moves.

Sa start ng video, you can see the hesitation and discomfort.

After the session, the pain was gone and movement looked more stable.

Not every knee issue is just about strength.

Minsan may restriction or imbalance that needs to be addressed first.
