This season, our Bellas are stepping into new challenges as we compete in both the Mixed and Girls Divisions of the NCRFA Youth Football League.
Weโre incredibly proud to be the only all-girls team competing in Mixed Division 1. And in the Girls Division, many of our players will be playing above their age groupโwith some playing up by as much as 2-3 years.
We know this season will challenge them. There will be tougher opponents, unfamiliar situations, mistakes, setbacks, and plenty of moments that ask more of them.
And thatโs exactly where growth happens.
As we head into the league, we remind our girls to choose a growth mindset over a winning mindsetโto have the courage to take on difficult challenges, the resilience to keep going when things get tough, and the willingness to grow through every experience.
To our parents and the entire Bella community, thank you for creating an environment where our girls feel supported to be brave, take on challenges, make mistakes, learn, and keep growing.
Whatever this season brings, weโre already proud of them. ๐
