AYI Skills Development Academy This is a UNIQUE football development program to help kids age 3-15yrs to reach their optimal level Ball feeling and ball coordination with both feet.

will include cross-training such as swimming for hydro-aqua therapy training, audio-visual presentation and one-on-one interaction with some UFL players during training sessions. BALL MASTERY: 1 player per 1 ball for repetition ball control exercises with both feet. Our aim is to let the players develop the habit of using both feet in dribbling, passing, crossing and shooting.
