As you are all aware, FITNESS ZONE was only recently created, and I'm sure that many of you have no idea if what is the purpose of this page is. So, for the sake of everyone's knowledge, here it is.
WHAT IS FITNESS ZONE?
Fitness Zone is a PROJECT-BASED LEARNING developed by Carmela Roden, Judy Ann Gines, Shan Ehl Mateo, and Andrea Paurillo, who were all under BS Physical Education students at RIZAL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY. This project was supervised by their professor in Physiology in Exercise and Physical Education, Mr. Mark Santos.
The goal of Fitness Zone is to promote physical activities and/or exercises to INTERNATIONAL YOUTH through the use of a FACEBOOK PAGE, which produces content about health promotion and weekly challenges such as dance, exercise, and arts and crafts to help people break free from the sedentary lifestyle that most of us have become accustomed to. Of course, this project will not cost you anything except your time, effort, and commitment to become a healthier and better person than you were before.
