I believe tennis is one of the toughest sports in the world. š„µ
š ļø Technically, itās incredibly demanding. Unlike padel, where you can pick up a racket and enjoy yourself almost immediately, tennis requires real development. For many beginners, it can take months ā even a year ā before they consistently strike the ball well. Itās a sport that demands patience and precision.
š§ Mentally, it may be one of the most challenging environments in sport. The frustration can be intense. Youāre alone on court, managing pressure, mistakes, momentum swings, and emotions in real time. Thereās nowhere to hide.
šŖ Physically, it requires everything: explosiveness in your first steps, speed, endurance, vertical power, lower and upper body strength, and elite cardio. And tactically, the layers are endless. Every point is a problem to solve.
That complexity is exactly what makes tennis so special.
Do you think any sport is more complete than tennis ā or does it truly demand the most? š¾š
