1st I would like to say that is one of the most hard working dedicated athletes that I have had the pleasure of working with ! We made the corrections that were asked of us from the last show but sometimes that’s not enough . This time the judges said we came in “to lean” , ok so now we make these changes for the next show and see how it goes ! No excuses just back to the gym and get back to work ! Mo I’m extremely proud of you and I thank you for letting me be apart of this journey with you ! Get some rest and then we get back to killing the gym , I’m excited for the next prep !! LFG
