NEW AVIAN CR5 Lark 45

930 grams for 40MM. Excellent acceleration and climbing with the revolutionary lightweight.

Offcenter
40MM is offcenter to balance the spoke tension of drive side and non drive side.

T1100
T1100 mixed rim with no compromise in strength.Tubeless, hooked and passes 90J impact test. The rim also can stand 150 PSI tyre pressure and 140KG spoke tension.

Carbon Spoke
1.7 Grams with T1000 fiber and titanium metal part. Nearly 50% lighter and 25% stiffer than the best of steel spokes. Aero shape and individually repairable. Traditional mechanically connected carbon spoke type. More stable comparing with cemented carbon spokes that can work with steel spoke hubs.

Small Fl**ge
Due to the excess stiffness of carbon spoke, we use small fl**ge for more comfort to balance. The flexibility reduces the power loss in viberation and thus improves the cruising performance also.

Superlight Hub
Weighing 230 grams only for hub. It is achieved by using a new special aluminum that requires much longer time for CNC machining due to the solidity.Classic ratchet system with 2 steel ratchet which is stable and endurable.

Ceramic Bearing
Ceramic bearing by TPI that reduces extra weight and improves smoothness.

Loop
Under traditional process, the main section of the rim is constructed of 4 piece of fiber, so it is easier for workers to handle and fasten the manufacturing speed. We use one piece of fiber instead, the integrity of carbon fiber increases rim strength but skilled and patient workers are required.

Purim
Not only paint free. Under Purim technology, the raw rim is already close to painted rim so only need to be slightly polished and thus reserves more strength and stiffness.
