First and foremost, all glory and honor belong to God 🙏 As I reflect on my Palarong Pambansa 2026 journey, my heart is filled with gratitude. This experience was about more than medals and competition. It was a journey of faith, sacrifice, discipline, growth, and perseverance. Through every match, every challenge, and every lesson learned, the Lord guided my steps and gave me the strength to keep moving forward. While I fell short of bringing home the gold medal in the 9-Ball event, God still blessed me with a Silver Medal in the Women's 8-Ball Category, an achievement I am incredibly proud of and will always cherish.
I would like to thank my Ate Coach, April Juren Lanzaderas Ramos, for her guidance, patience, and unwavering belief in me throughout this journey. To my parents, thank you for your endless love, sacrifices, and support. To my Tito, Tita, family members, teammates, coaches, friends, supporters, and everyone who prayed for and encouraged me, thank you for being part of this unforgettable experience. Your presence, kind words, and support gave me confidence and reminded me that I was never alone on this journey.
I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Misamis Oriental Governor Juliette Uy and Jasaan Mayor Redentor Jardin for their support of young athletes and for helping make opportunities like this possible. A special thank you as well to my sponsors, IVQ by Marlou Carandang for providing my cues, Tyju Chalk for supplying my billiard chalk, and Caiden Brand for my tip. Your support played an important role in helping me compete at my best on the national stage.
Of course, I wanted to bring home the gold, and losing in the 9-Ball event was disappointing. But sometimes the journey teaches us more than the victory itself. This may be my first Palarong Pambansa, but I pray it will not be my last. I still have more years, more opportunities, and more chances to chase that dream. Hindi pa ito ang katapusan. This is only the beginning. By God's grace, I will continue to work harder, learn from every experience, and come back next year stronger, wiser, and more determined than ever. Thank You, Lord, for this blessing, for this lesson, and for allowing me to represent Natubo, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, and Region X with pride. See you next year, Palarong Pambansa 🇵🇭❤️
