The hardest part of Pilates isn’t the class. It’s going alone. 🤍

We’ve watched it all year. The people who stay are almost always the ones who brought someone, or found someone here.

One year ago, this room was empty. ⟡

On October 5, 2026, twelve months after our first ever class, we opened the doors for a free class and watched the same room fill up again.

Some of the people on these reformers have been with us since week one. Some walked in for the very first time.

Different faces. Same room. One year apart.

And somehow, that says everything.

A year of showing up. A year of learning, moving, laughing, and making room for more people to find their way to VĀRA.

To everyone who joined us for our anniversary class, and to everyone who has been part of this first year, thank you.

A year ago, this was simply a room waiting to become something.

Eight reformers. Four walls. A view of the city.

Today, it holds so much more.

It holds the first classes, the shaky beginnings, the stronger days, the familiar faces, the friendships, the milestones, and the quiet moments where someone chose to show up for themselves.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, taken a class, trusted our instructors, brought a friend, celebrated a milestone, or made VĀRA part of your routine, thank you. You are the reason this room became a community.

And as VĀRA turns one, we’re grateful for every hour that brought us here. Here’s to the next one. ♡
