SWIMMING PROGRAMS:

Longer Distance at Less Effort Swim Technique
Swimming- Basic and Survival, Learn to Swim for People with Special Needs and PWDs Training, Endurance and Strengthening, Training for Athletes, Zumba and Mermaid Swim Lessons. We also have a Swim Team in Athena Academy to participate in Swim Meet, National and International School Competitions
Swim Class: G

roup Lessons (1 Swim Coach: 4 students) Private Lessons: 1 Coach per student
“We limit the number of student per group so that the students can enjoy, have fun and learn more”

1)Little Mermaid and Triton – age 6 months to 3 years old (Infant Swimming Program accompanied by (1) guardian/parent) - Class Duration: 30 minutes
2)Flounder – 3 years old - 6 years old (Basic and Intermediate- Learn to Swim Program)
Class Duration: 1 hour
3)Baywatch Kids - 6-13 years old (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Competitive Program) Class Duration: 1 hour
4) Poseidon - 14 - 80 years old “FIT” adults (For Endurance and Strengthening Swim – Longer Distance at Less Effort Swim Technique Program) Class Duration: 1 hour
5) Mermaid Swim Class Duration: 1 hour
6) Oceanous: Learn to Swim for People with Special Needs and PWDs Class Duration: 1 hour lesson
8) Special Courses: Water Safety, Rescue and Survival Swim, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Lifeguarding


OTHER SPECIAL SERVICES:

A glimpse into LALANGUYIN | An upcoming documentary by Athena Academy.

Not every day comes with a breakthrough. Some days are simply about waking up, showing up, and doing the work even when there is no audience, no recognition, and no guarantee that the effort will be seen.

But perhaps that is where something meaningful begins.

July 19, 2026 | After the noodle event concluded, Athena All Star’s relay swimmers Taku, Melody, Uri, and Calix, together with candidates from the other swimming teams, were asked to swim another round as the announcer needed to clarify a few things.

This was back in 2018. Coach A teaching a beginner swimming lesson at Dusit Thani Manila. To this day, we still conduct swimming lessons at DTM. It remains one of our pioneer swimming venues and has been part of Athena Academy's journey from the very beginning.
