As our way of helping our community to keep moving through Pilates while keeping our studio sustainable without compromising on quality, we’re introducing ₱1,000 Group Class Days on select dates each month.

On these special days, you can join our Pilates group class for just ₱1,000 instead of ₱1,400—that’s ₱400 in savings every class.

For this month of September our Php 1,000 Group Class days will be on:

📅 Sept 17 (Thursday)

Here’s our Rainy Day Flash Deal!

- Buy 5 GROUP classes → get 1 FREE GROUP class 💰 Save ₱1,250
- Buy 10 GROUP classes → get 2 FREE GROUP classes 💰 Save ₱2,200
- Buy 20 GROUP classes → get 3 FREE GROUP classes 💰 Save ₱2,850

**Booking Period:**
•.Your 5 class package + 1 free class credits must be used to schedule within 3 weeks from purchase date of the package to avoid forfeiting your credits.
• Your 10 class package + 2 free class credits must be used to schedule within 30 days from purchase date of the package to avoid forfeiting your credits.
• Your 20 class package + 3 free class credits must be used to schedule within 60 days from purchase date of the package to avoid forfeiting your credits.

**Class Period:**
You can schedule a class even beyond the validity period. Yes! You don’t need to consume all your credits within the validity period – just make sure your credits are used to book classes within the booking period to avoid forfeited nonrefundable classes.

One last week until we say, “See you on the other side of the world, Coach Mel.” 😭✈️

More than Coach Mel’s credentials as a Certified Pilates Instructor, licensed PT, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, she has been one of the pillars of Flow, our ray of sunshine, and a constant source of encouragement, strength, and positivity for our team and the Flow community 🫶🏻

Through every class, she’s helped so many build confidence, gain strength, celebrate their progress, and discover what their bodies are capable of through Pilates. Her genuine care, eagerness to keep learning, and dedication to what she does have left a lasting impact on our studio and on everyone fortunate enough to be taught by her. 🥹

We miss you already, Coach Mel! 😘
