Sa fhg madami nabuo katulad nang pagkakaibigan, buddy, nagka ibigan at namuo na halos pamilya na turing natin sa isat isa.

Kapag meron wasak sa pagibig kita ko nasa FHG hahaha, kapag meron achievement kita ko nasa FHG, kapag malungkot nasa FHG kapag masaya Masaya ang FHG. Syempre kapag maritess saan ka punta? Hahaha.

It is With Heavy Heart that after 5 fruitful Years,We will officially Announce that Fitness and Health Gym wiil be closing it’s doors to our Beloved Clients who became friends,and friends who became Family!❤️
It is much aware of everyone that Coach Joel and Coach Thea are now both working and fulfilling their respective career and based at United Kingdom, As much as they both wanted to maintain and extend the daily operation of FHG but the Lack and Time difference of Ph🇵🇭 and UK🇬🇧 became a hindrance of our day-to day operation and management..We always wanted to give our 110% and excellent services to our dear Clients,and Sadly,We cannot deliver it anymore Effeciently and Effectively Without our mere Presence..
