Be careful of social media or Instagram fitness icons/models and the trend of it, just because they are doing an exercise doesn't mean that's what you should exactly do too. Keep in mind that not all but some of them are posting for the sake of having something to post for attention, likes, more followers, or just to show you what they can do without any intent of inspiring, showing, or telling how you can do it too or how you should start the journey the right way. Though they could be doing some exercises that could be effective or in correct ex*****on, those exercises are mostly done according to their personal skill, fitness level, experience, or fitness or health goal. If you're someone who has little fitness or exercise experience and knowledge or none at all, Im telling you most of the exercises you should be doing first would be the ones that seem simple, boring, weird, or not so Instagram craze and praise worthy specially to the eyes or mind of those who wants or seeks entertainment or amazement only. Before trying to attempt to do any of the exercises or workouts that you just saw online, asking a professional or anyone in the field of fitness, exercise, or training, or someone you personally know that is into fitness is what you should do first for they can share firsthand knowledge passed on to them from other professionals or they can direct or introduce you to them personally. If you can't, at least start doing your own research first or better study the foundations or basics in any possible way you can but take note that it could get frustrating with all information overload spread online. Telling you all this because the fitness and exercise industry or world is getting more rates of fitness/exercise related injuries or health problems because of mis information and or because of simply following trends, fads, or whatever the social media is trying to force feed to everyone without proper guidance. But for the positive part of it, if you're seeing all of those fitness or exercise posts already, and you know yourself that you aren't doing anything still for your own fitness and health, the problem is not with the world already, but you. Fitness and health is not everything, but it plays a big part. You either know that fact or you'll realize it in the future if you don't work on it and start moving. It could be hard, it could get easy, or it could be fun. It depends on your will and reason for doing so and where you want to do it. But it could be harder if you do nothing at all about it. If you're decided to start a fitter and healthier life, just trust the process. You'll thank yourself in the future for doing so.
