Millennials with early-onset midlife crisis in their natural habitat: a pilates studio.

Kidding aside, as a form-focused girlie, pilates has helped me center my thoughts in the present every time I practice it. Mind-body focus has been a kind of meditation for me, and has helped me be more grateful overall for what I have, instead of what I don’t. Huge bonus is that I have gotten rid of those uncomfortable nights of not knowing what position to sleep in due to back pains. Just a millennial figuring out how to age a little bit gracefully 😅
