Just to let you guys know. My video guy has stopped sending me my videos and hasn't responded to any of my messages.

I am still here and available for training. I will also start doing lives in the New year. I want to make sure I get my info out into the world. I figure that's the best way for me to do it. Since I have no editing skills.

This is the first form of Wing Chun Kung Fu. There are a lot of inner workings that can't be learned by simply looking at it. So further teachings are needed for a full understanding. Go back to the previous video for some tips to focus on while practicing the form.

You will notice that my hands shake. My hands have always been shakey. I think it has something to do with my Epilepsy.

These are some of the pressure points throughout the body. Here I focus on the ones that are easily found in a combat situation. A lot of people think pressure points are a joke. They are not. We don't do touch attacks, we attack these points as hard as possible. Which leads to higher levels of pain.

Having awareness of Centerline adds to your ability to protect ourselves and to attack our opponent. Shadow boxing is a good way to train this awareness. Then of course, actual sparring.

The whip will give you devastating power. Incorporating the joint focus all the way from the ground up. The amount of joints you engage, will effect the overall power and the speed of the strikes delivery.

Be careful with this. Wrap your hands and wear gloves. Take it slow as you build up joint engagement. Ensure you have worked through the previous lessons. Structure is very important when you are hitting this hard.

Arms are swords. Viewing the arms in this way helps us to focus on elbow power. With the arms being swords, we need our swords to be structurally strong. Keep adding these principles and mechanics to your training. The results will speak for themselves.
