One thing people notice fast in Panglao is how close the sites are. A short ride and you are training. More time in the water, less time getting there.

The water stays warm most of the year and the visibility is good on a calm day. A simple place to train hard for a week.

Can you start with no freediving experience and become a freediving instructor?

You will begin with the basics, such as breathing, relaxation, equalization, body position, and safe diving. You will train in the pool and open water while building your skills, confidence, and comfort in the sea.

The program will guide you from being a complete beginner to becoming a skilled and confident freediver. You will also learn how to teach, guide, and support new students during their own freediving journey.

On the way down, the reef grows quiet and your movements slow. Light from the surface turns soft and distant. In deeper water, each choice matters. You equalize on time and you keep your body in line with each pull or kick. You follow the plan you made with your buddy at the surface.

Depth is not only a number. It is a short, clear moment where you listen to your body and respect the limits you trained for. The safe return is part of the dive, not an afterthought.
