This year I slowly walked away from things that were no longer nourishing me.
I dug my heels in and held on — but at what cost? My own mental, physical, and financial decay.
Every season has a door. I stood at mine long enough.
It’s easy to lock ourselves in a prison of our own doing. But you hold the key.
Time is the most important resource you own. It is yours and yours alone — finite, intangible, irreplaceable. How do you want to spend it?
If this resonates, make a move. Every journey out begins with a journey in. Face what needs facing. Conquer yourself — the rest will follow.

Lungs said no. Legs said maybe. Hands said we’ll see.
Somewhere between who I was and who I’m getting back to and yeah, I’m aware of how it looks right now 😂
The comeback is always harder than the fall. But it starts the same way. One session.
Currently ranked number 1 in humility.
