Yes Barayong Trailfest fever isn't over!

Shoutout to sir Theodulus Munez: Barayong’s Human Multi-Tool With a Heart!

Prayer? He led it for every category, setting the tone before the chaos started.

Warm-up? He ran it per wave — no cramps on his watch.

5KM Sweep? He owned it, making sure the last runner felt like the first priority.

That’s three key jobs that usually take a team. Sir Theody did it solo, with wisdom in his words and calm in his steps.

His presence kept race day grounded. His prayers gave us courage. His warm-ups gave us fire. His sweep gave us peace — no one gets left behind when Sir T is on trail.

Sir Theody, you didn’t just volunteer. You were race-day infrastructure. Damo nga salamat for the spirit, the service, and the smile. 🫶
