RECIPE:

Ingredients

1 ripe banana, mashed

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

40g dark chocolate, melted for topping

Instructions

Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt and peanut butter and mix until fully combined and creamy. Fold in the chocolate chips. Divide the mixture into 4 chunky cookie shapes on a parchment-lined plate or tray. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm. 🍝 High-Protein Creamy Tagliatelle (Fat Loss Friendly)

RECIPE:

Ingredients (4 Servings)

400g chicken breast, diced
180g dry tagliatelle
150g low-fat cottage cheese
150g 0% Greek yogurt
30g light cream cheese
20–30g low-fat cheddar
1 bag spinach
500ml chicken stock or water
Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt & black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Blend the Sauce

Blend together:
cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
cream cheese
garlic powder
salt & pepper
Blend until smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Cook chicken in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until browned and seasoned it with, garlic, paprike, onion powder.

3️⃣ Cook the Pasta

Add:
tagliatelle or fettuccune pasta
chicken stock/water
Simmer until pasta is cooked and most liquid is absorbed.

4️⃣ Make It Creamy
Lower the heat.
Add:
spinach
blended sauce
Stir gently for 2–3 minutes.

5️⃣ Finish

Add cheddar and stir until melted and creamy.
