To avoid any future misunderstandings or scheduling issues, please review our booking and weather policy thoroughly before securing your slot. By booking, you agree to these terms:
❌ NO CANCELLATIONS & NO REFUND
Bookings are final. We strictly do not issue refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
🎾CHECK THE VENUE FIRST
Please inspect or verify the venue conditions beforehand to ensure our facilities meet your specific playing standards. If you fail to check the venue before booking, we will no longer accept any complaints or disputes regarding the court conditions.
🌧️ RESCHEDULING BEFORE YOUR SLOT
If the rain has already started, you must arrange your rescheduling before your official booking time begins. Once your slot starts, mid-game rules apply.
☔ MID-GAME RAIN POLICY
If it starts raining during your scheduled time, adjustments depend on court availability:
-If another group has booked the court right after you: You can reschedule your remaining time, provided you were rained out for a minimum of 40 minutes.
-If the court is free after your slot: You cannot reschedule for another day, but you are welcome to extend your court time for free to make up for the time lost to the rain.
