My first ever coaching was just within my circle or personal network of friends as I was still reluctant to do it. I waited until I saw them advanced in the online industry. And when they do, it boosts my confidence level to up my online coaching to the next level - going public. I went public towards the end of February 2021, and in just 1-week I received 50 enrollees.

Little by little I gained more confidence and knowledge which I am also sharing with my students. Always allow yourself to be a beginner. No one starts off being excellent. 😘

Why did I start offering online coaching?

I am an undergraduate, I don't have my college degree, and I was longing to be financially free. Sadly, a bachelor's degree is still one of the requirements when looking for a job. And, so I ventured into the online industry. The online industry opened doors for me with limitless opportunities, and yeah sometimes it can be overwhelming.

So, back to my question "Why did I start offering online coaching?" I started because there are still so many Maria out there who are scared to take a risk thinking that a diploma will define their future. I want to inspire other women, that I started from the lowest of low and now I am at a point where I am living the life I used to dream of. I want to show them that hard work, determination, and a positive attitude are the keys to your dreams.

I will help you navigate the twist and turns of the online industry. I will share with you some of my best-kept secrets in getting premium clients. And so now I am asking you, Will you let me coach you and guide you in your social media manager journey?

There are a lot of online courses that you may avail. There are also plenty of Social Media Managers who offer mentorship or coaching classes. It boils down to, "What do you want?"

I have been doing this coaching class for quite some time, and I am proud to say most of my students become successful in their chosen niche. Relax, we don't talk about Bruno here.

After the recent success of the movie Encanto, it still imparts to us so many hidden lessons and revelations. It also tells us the familiar struggles of us women:
Women are worthless if they can't be of service (Luisa)
Women need to be perfect and beautiful always (Isabela)
Women waiting for a change or a chance, longing to shine (Mirabel)
And just like Abuela Alma, when we get so scared, we lose sight of what is in front of us.

So yes, we need to open our eyes and see the girl in front of us. For us to shine brightly, we need to be true to ourselves and accept both our weaknesses and strengths. We have to believe in ourselves.
