Yes it is possible. If you have never seen a single digit body fat on a regular person not a so called "body builder", you are looking at one. She is just a normal person that eats right and train hard.

Look how lean she is, her abs rocks! Her back is amazing you can see every muscle group on her back. You can use her back in anatomy class to name every muscle.

Luckiest Kamote Rider That Cheated Death Filmed In 4k.
He is the luckiest kamote rider in the Philippines. This guy should not be driving as he is a danger to the public. Not wearing a helmet and obviously recklessly driving. He should read RA4136 in its entirety to know the rules of the road.

The maroon car clearly has the right of way, moving slow and signaled his intention to make the left turn yet this idiot kamote rider still try to beat the turning car resulting of him impacting the front driver's corner of the car. Clearly the kamote rider's fault.

If you look at the video (sorry for the watermark) this rider missed that light pole by a mere 20 centimeter that would have resulted in him prematurely meeting his maker.

Oslob Fitness Lost A Dear Friend.
Bob Cunningham was a great guy and a good family friend of Oslob Fitness. It broke our heart to hear that Bob (the man that built the Oslob Fitness building) passed away. As can be seen from the attached pictures, he was there at the opening of Oslob Fitness April 1st 2018. He was and will always be part of Oslob Fitness.

Our prayers to Bob and deep condolences to his wife Tessie and their families and friends that suffered this tragic loss. Rest In Peace Bob our good friend! Oslob Fitness.
