📢 VENUE TRANSFER ADVISORY

To help ensure the smooth and timely completion of tournament matches, some games scheduled at Uptown Pickle Yard (UPY) may be transferred to Gym Buddies if courts become available earlier.

Players are advised to stay alert and monitor official announcements throughout the day for possible venue adjustments and court assignments.

Any transferred matches will be announced by the Tournament Committee before play begins.

Your cooperation and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we work together to keep the tournament running efficiently and on schedule.

As we kick off the 2nd Ormoc Piña Pickleball National Open Tournament, we would like to remind all players to arrive early and be ready for registration and the opening ceremonies.

🕖 Registration Starts at 7:00 AM SHARP
📢 Opening Program Starts at 7:30 AM PROMPTLY
🏓 Games Officially Start at 8:00 AM

To ensure a smooth tournament flow and timely start of all matches, participants are strongly encouraged to report early for registration, warm-up, and court assignments.

⚠️ Please be advised that players who fail to report when called may be declared FORFEITED in accordance with tournament rules.

Let's work together to keep the tournament on schedule and make this event a memorable experience for everyone.
