SAFETY FIRST, ALWAYS. 🤍🌧️

To the Bataan pickleball community and everyone in Bataan, please stay safe.

With the continuous heavy rain, many areas are currently affected by flooding. Some of us may still be waiting for the rain to stop, while others are already dealing with rising floodwaters, stranded vehicles, or difficult conditions at home.

For now, let’s put safety first before pickleball or any other plans. 🫶

Please avoid unnecessary travel, check on your family and loved ones, and stay updated with local weather and emergency advisories. If your area is flooded, please stay home and keep yourself safe.

To our fellow players, organizers, umpires, supporters, and everyone in our community—no game, event, or plan is more important than everyone’s safety.

The courts will always be there. The games can wait.

What matters most is that we are all safe. 💙

But before the games begin, we want to take a moment to recognize the amazing people and businesses who made this tournament possible.

Your generosity, support, and belief in our tournament and its purpose mean so much to us.

ONE LAST OPEN PLAY

We are sad to announce that DUPB is officially ending our Open Play at Bravo Pickleball, Vista Mall Balanga. 🥹

Before you get emotional, this isn’t really the end. It’s just the end of one chapter.

We’re only closing this chapter because something BIGGER is coming to the Dupang Club Bataan family! We’re not ready to reveal it just yet… but trust us, you’re going to want to be part of what’s next. 👀🤫💙

But first, let’s make our ONE LAST OPEN PLAY AT BRAVO PICKLEBALL VISTA MALL one to remember! Major Raffle Prizes are waiting!

Two weeks of rainy weather, but two weeks of fully packed open plays! 🌧️🏓

Here’s a little throwback to our August 12 & 19 Dupang Club Bataan Open Plays. Despite the rain, you guys still showed up, played your hearts out, and kept the rallies going. 💙

Thank you to everyone who never missed our open plays—even when the weather said “uwi na kayo,” you guys said “one more game.” 😂

A Gentle Reminder from Dupang Club Bataan 💙🫶🏻

At Dupang Club Bataan, we do not tolerate disrespectful behavior toward a partner—whether during a game, after a loss, or in the heat of competition.

We value every player, from beginner to advanced. Remember, we all started as beginners. We all had our first game, our first mistake, and our first time stepping onto the court still learning.

When we play, we respect the stacking format and the partner assigned to us, regardless of their skill level. You may not always get the partner you expected or the level you wanted, but how we treat our partner matters more than the outcome of the game.

We also strongly discourage blaming or putting down your partner simply because you lost or did not enjoy the game. A loss is part of pickleball. Not every game will be perfect. Mistakes happen. Missed shots happen. Bad games happen.

What should never happen is making someone feel small because of a game.

Pickleball is meant to be enjoyed with different people—to build friendships, have fun, and create a community where everyone feels welcome on the court.

Be competitive, but be kind.
Be better, but never make someone feel less.
Respect your partner. Respect your opponent. Respect the game.

Because at the end of the day, kindness is free—and everyone deserves it. 💙🏓
