Each team will have six competing athletes:
3 male + 3 female

Six URBN teams will compete alongside two invited gym teams.
Registration: August 25 - September 1
URBN Member Draft: September 1

Assigned team leaders will draft the URBN teams.

BBQ Beatdown Challenge is officially wrapped.

Congratulations to everyone who showed up, took on the WOD, stayed for the BBQ, and helped turn this into a real URBN community night.

BBQ Beatdown Challenge. Tomorrow, inside your regular class.

Six rounds for time, 15 minute cap. Shuttle runs, deadlifts, shoulder to overhead. Your coach sorts you into a category before the clock starts: Beginner, Fitness, Advance, Master's Fitness, or Master's Advance, weight scaled to match.

Hit the cap and your score becomes total rounds and reps instead of time.

Winners get called in three groups. Top male and female in Beginner. Top male and female across Fitness and Advance. Top male and female across Master's Fitness and Master's Advance.
NOTE: Masters Category age 40 and above.

Come at your normal class time. Warm up as a group, then the heats start.

Stick around after for BBQ Community Night, 6:30 PM.

BBQ BEATDOWN CHALLENGE
This Friday, August 21

This Friday’s WOD Challenge is open to all URBN members.
Everyone is qualified to join. Scaling will be applied based on your category, and the coach on deck will identify your division before the workout.

Scoring Divisions
Advanced + Fitness Division
Top Male + Top Female
Rookie Division
Top Male + Top Female
Total winners: 4 athletes.

Top athletes will receive an M2T Blade Therapy voucher worth PHP 1,500 from our event sponsor, NaeKkum Wellness Spa.
Bonus Prize: Two 1-Week URBN Athletics Pass vouchers will also be given. Terms apply. Valid only for first-time URBN guests with no previous URBN membership, free session, or prior attendance.

Awarding is at 7:30 PM during the BBQ party. Winners must be present during awarding to claim the prize. If a winner is not present, the prize goes to the next highest-scoring athlete present.

BBQ starts at 6:00 PM. Potluck setup. Everyone is encouraged to bring food, stay after class, and join the community night.
