Your time is precious.

In a one-hour CrossFit class, you get a warm-up, a workout lasting from 3 to 50-plus minutes, and a cool-down. And if you are consistently training three to five days per week, you can get everything you need regarding your cardio, mobility and gymnastics, and weightlifting in just one hour a day.
