Sa mga na encouter ko na naging clients ko, iba-iba talaga yung mga ugali nila pag dating sa gym.

Saan ka dito? 😂

1. Palamura-ito yung bawat nahihirapan siya, nag mumura siya. (Sh*t, tae*n!, fu*k, y*wa!)
2. Traveller-laging may travel, halos sa isang buwan 3 beses lang nakaka-attend ng session.
3. Best in pahuway-halos aabutin ng 5 mins ang rest bawat sets.
4. Sa sumel-phone-bawat rest phone, hindi nawawala sa tabi yung phone, kaya at the end napapahaba ang rest, (SAYANG ANG ADRENALINE!)
5. Selfie queen or king-trip na trip niya ang kumuha ng photos "ok lang naman for her/his progress"
6. Tiktokterist-walang session na hindi nag ti-tiktok. Li-ar dili, li-ar hagtu! Haha
7. Laging may sakit-ito yung clients ko na laging may sakit, ewan ko ba? Hahaha, halos weekly may sakit.
8. Lulubog lilitaw parang kabote, pasugtanan kung baga haha kaya ang hirap magka progress
9. Reklamador-lahat na ibibigay mong exercise lahat yun may reklamo haha
10. Gym ng gym pero kain to the max, tapos panay reklamo laki ng tiyan ko parin (ASI GANE?)
11. Disiplinado/Disiplinada-grabe yung commitment sa routine niya, ganun din sa diet. Laging excited mag gym.
12. Bilis mag rest-wala pang 10 seconds bira agad sa next set, at the end hirap na yung muscle di na nakakarecover
13. Palatanong-lahat itatanong, in a good terms! Ok to.👌
14. Sobrang introvert-di kikilos pag wala si coach, sobrang mahiyain, hahaha kaya pag wala ang coach di din nag ggym.
15. Tahimik-di ka kakausapin kung di mo tatanungin, ito din yung kahit nahihirapan di umaaray 😂
16. Puro crush hahaha
