Sa bawat tama at pagod, may natututunan, may lakas na nadadagdag, at mas tumitibay ang loob.

Sa PNPTA Agila ng Nasipit Summer Taekwondo Training, hindi lang skills ang hinahasa, kundi disiplina at tapang.

Sa mga first-timers, huwag matakot sa sakit—bahagi ito ng paglago. Keep pushing, stay focused, and never give up.
