“The human body varies in shape and size, and a branch of science classifies body types into three categories called somatotypes. What’s the three body types?

“The somatotype theory classifies individuals into three groups based on their natural tendency to have a round and soft body (endomorph), a slim body (ectomorph), or a muscular and athletic body (mesomorph). It is possible for some individuals to fall into more than one category, and a person's body type can also change depending on their diet and exercise routines.”

So how can you determine your body type?
