SALAMAT COACH PAT 🫡💯🇵🇭

Pinaghirapan mo. Pinagpuyatan mo. Ibinigay mo lahat para mabuo yung program—dugo, pawis, at oras. Years of sacrifice… tapos ngayon, unti-unti nang nagba-bloom. Kita mo na eh—yung growth, yung development, yung impact sa mga bata. Nasa stage ka na ng paghihintay… waiting for harvest season.

Pero biglang may desisyon—putulin. Palitan. Simulan ulit 💔😞

Masakit. Nakakalito. Kasi ang tanong mo lang naman: “Bakit papalitan kung maayos na tumatakbo?”

Pero minsan, hindi lahat ng decision naka-base sa kung ano ang gumagana. May mga bagay na beyond control—ego, politics, bagong vision… o simpleng gusto lang mag-iwan ng sariling marka.

Hindi mo man maintindihan ngayon, pero isang bagay ang sigurado—hindi masasayang ang pinaghirapan mo. Yung itinanim mong values, kultura, at sistema—dadalhin ‘yan ng mga batang nahubog mo kahit saan sila mapunta.

At ikaw? Hindi ka nagsimula para lang sa isang program. Nagsimula ka dahil may purpose ka.
