In section 2 of Republic Act (RA) No. 6847, known as the Philippine Sports Commission Act, states that it is the policy of the State to promote physical education, encourage and sustain the development of sports in the country to foster physical fitness, self-discipline, teamwork and excellence for the development of healthy and alert citizenry through a unified national sports promotions and development programs. The Bicol Enthusiasts Sepaktakraw Group – The Regional Chapter Organization of the Philippine Amateur Sepaktakraw Association gears towards the development of an efficient and effective Sports Development Framework which leads to a sustainable sports development program for highly skilled athletes. This framework will be used as a basis of the organization’s continued commitment in the promotion and development of sports not only in the province but in the entire nation as well.
