Busy. Tired. But fulfilled and happy. ❤️

What a meaningful anniversary weekend.

From our outreach at Cabugao Elementary School to our bloodletting activity, lahat ng pagod naging worth it. Sa bawat batang napangiti, sa bawat tulong na naibahagi, at sa bawat dugong naidonate para makatulong sa iba, sulit talaga ang lahat ng effort.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng naging bahagi nito, sa Cabugao Elementary School, Palawan Group of Companies, Red Cross – Camarines Sur, Jaydick’s P**o Shop sa napakasarap na pagkain, Jimenez fam para sa bloodletting venue, sa lahat ng CRC members na nag-patakpatak at naglaan ng oras at serbisyo, sa mga partners, supporters, volunteers, blood donors, at sa lahat ng tumulong sa anumang paraan. Maraming maraming salamat!

Outreach done. Bloodletting done. Pagod ang katawan, pero busog ang puso.

May pagkakataong ang simpleng “Oo, magdo-donate ako” ay puwedeng maging dahilan para ang isang buhay mailigtas.

This August 22, we invite you to be part of the CRC Blood Letting Activity 2026.

Hindi mo kailangang maging doktor, nurse, o superhero para makatulong magligtas ng buhay. Sometimes, you just have to show up and be willing to give.

Ang dugong ibibigay mo ngayon ay maaaring kailanganin bukas ng isang pasyenteng inooperahan, isang biktima ng aksidente, o isang taong patuloy na lumalaban para mabuhay.

At ang pinakamagandang part?

Hindi mo man makilala kung sino ang makakatanggap, magiging bahagi ka ng kwento ng pag-uwi niya sa pamilya niya. ❤️

Kaya yayain na ang barkada, officemates, pamilya, at mga kaibigan. Mas masaya ang good deed kapag may karamay! 😄

✅ Get at least 6 hours of sleep the night before
✅ No alcohol for at least 24 hours before donating
✅ Kumain bago mag-donate, preferably avoid fatty food
✅ Donors should generally be 16–65 years old and weigh at least 50 kg; ages 16–17 need written parental/guardian consent
✅ Bring a valid ID

Final eligibility will still be assessed by the blood donation team on-site.

Kung healthy ka, willing ka, at available ka sa August 22, tara na! Baka ang dugo mo ang eksaktong hinihintay ng isang taong nangangailangan.

16 years of running. 16 years of friendship. 16 years of choosing to care. 💚💛

Happy 16th Anniversary, Caceres Runners Club! 🎉

For our anniversary, we wanted to celebrate the way
CRC knows best: Care. Run. Commit.

We started the morning with a Holy Mass to give thanks for the years, the friendships, the miles, and the many blessings that brought us here. Then, of course, we did what runners do. We ran. 😄🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Our anniversary run brought us to DepEd - Cabugao Elementary School - Milaor District, where the real celebration began.

With the generosity of our members and the support of the Palawan Group of Companies, we turned over electric fans for the classrooms. And because an outreach should also come with plenty of smiles, the kids enjoyed games, prizes, and a magic show from Micko Magic Events that had everyone laughing and cheering.

At siyempre, hindi puwedeng mawala ang tsibogan! Spaghetti and chicken for everyone!

But more than the food, the games, or the gifts, what made today special was seeing the children happy and seeing our CRC family come together once again for something bigger than ourselves.

Maybe that is what 16 years of CRC is really about. We run for finish lines, yes. But we also run toward people, communities, and opportunities to make a difference.

16 years strong, and still running with purpose.

Maraming maraming salamat, CRC sa suporta ng lahat!

And we’re not done yet.
