Join us for the Animal Flow Level 1 Workshop in Manila, Philippines, on June 21-22, 2025. The two-day event is 7 hours each day, from 11:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. It will be hosted at , Quezon City in Metro Manila. This workshop will be taught in English by Master Instructor .

Your registration includes:
• Complimentary access to the full library of instructional videos for all Level 1 movements Hard copy of the new Student Manual.
• Access to the private AF Instructors Facebook group.
• Access to Mike Fitch’s tutorial series reviewing the Call Out language used in AF Certificate of Completion, including proof of participation for Continuing Education credits.
• And tons of fun and lasting friendships!

Workshop Preparation:
The workshop is open to everyone of all skill levels. You should be physically fit enough to support your own body weight in a quadrupedal position and be medically cleared to participate in physical activities. Attendees must be at least 18 years old.

Upon registration, you will receive access to a welcome video, the Level 1 tutorials, and other pre-workshop information.

Coach Fai is an Athlete, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Entrepreneur.

He is the Co-Founder and President of Flow Movement Philippines and Co-Founder and Coach of Rope Flow Philippines.

He studied Health Sciences and graduated Cum Laude at the Ateneo De Manila University in 2017. During college, he proved his athletic prowess as Philippines National Champion and Record Holder for Powerlifting (93kg weight class) in 2016 and as a Track and Field Varsity Athlete and Bronze Medalist in UAAP Season 76.

Certified by different fitness institutions and disciplines such as FIT College Australia, WeckMethod, Animal Flow, Rope Flow, IKO Kettlebell Sport, and Functional Training Fundamentals, Coach Fai is a perfect example of discovering your athletic potential, challenging limitations while mastering your mindset, and sharing your gift with others.
