I saw this quote the other day and I couldn’t agree more. I get asked a lot how I manage my time for TV guestings, training celebrity clients, managing gym and staff, writing fitness articles, doing fitness events— and still keep a smile on my face. I won’t lie, it’s a bit overwhelming at times, but I know that when I have a goal, I will get it done.
