Minimum Qualifications for the Tryout
CLSU E-Games Women’s MLBB Team
Must be a bona fide student of Central Luzon State University.
Must be enrolled during the current Academic Year.
Must have good academic standing and no failing grades in the previous semester.
Must possess good moral character and discipline.
Must be willing to commit time for training, scrimmages, and official competitions.
Must have prior experience in competitive tournament MLBB gameplay.
Must have a minimum of 300+ points for Men’s and 200+ points for Women’s in the highest rank in MLBB.
Must be physically and mentally fit to participate in e-sports training and competitions.
Must not be a member of a professional e-sports team.

PROCEDURE FOR TRYOUT
CLSU E-GAMES WOMEN’S TEAM TRYOUTS
Step-by-Step Registration Procedure
Step 1 – Access the Google Form
Use your official CLSU2 email account to access and accomplish the registration form. Make sure you are signed in to the correct account.
Step 2 – Read and Confirm the Applicant Consent
Carefully read the Applicant Consent and Data Privacy Statement. Confirm your consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information for the conduct and management of the CLSU E-Games Tryouts.
Step 3 – Complete Your Personal Information
Provide accurate and updated information, including:

Complete the required details about your current enrollment:
College
Step 5 – Provide Your E-Games Background
Give a brief summary of your MLBB competitive experience and notable achievements. Include relevant tournaments, teams represented, championships, awards, or other competitive accomplishments.
Step 6 – Provide Your MLBB Account Information
Select your main role and provide your:
Main Role: EXP, Jungler, Mid, Roam, Gold, or Multi-Role
ML ID
IGN (In-Game Name)
Select only one (1) main role that you are most confident and experienced in.
Step 7 – Upload All Required Attachments
Prepare clear and readable copies of the following:
Awards and Certificates from MLBB tournaments or competitions
Screenshot of your Highest MLBB Rank Attained
Screenshot of your MLBB Account/Profile
Form 6 – First Semester, S.Y. 2026–2027
Screenshot of Certificate of Grades – Second Semester, S.Y. 2025–2026

Step 8 – Review Your Application
Before submitting, carefully check that:
All required questions have been answered.
Your personal and academic information is correct.
Your MLBB ID and IGN are accurate.
All required attachments are uploaded.
All uploaded documents and screenshots are clear and readable.
Step 9 – Submit Your Application
After completing and reviewing all sections, click Submit. Make sure the form has been successfully submitted.
