Before you take advice from someone, ask:

✅ What education backs up their claims?
✅ Do they follow evidence-based methods?

Red flag signs:
❌ No recognized qualifications
❌ Relying solely on their personal transformation story

Your body deserves expertise not guesswork. Get guidance from someone who study the science, not just the mirror.
