We are lucky to receive a lot of feedback from our divers and students, and we’re proud to say most of it is very good. But sometimes, someone takes the time to write something that really stays with us ,especially when it comes from such an experienced diver like Steve.

Greetings from Cebu!
I'm packing right now and sad to be leaving.
As a diver with nearly 800 dives under my belt, I can say that this dive resort has absolutely blown me away. I'm not just talking about the dive sites, which are simply blessed with everything a diver's heart could desire. It's the entire base that's incredibly well-organized.
Every guest is lovingly cared for from arrival to departure. I'm traveling with a recently operated knee, and thanks to the staff, I was able to leave all my gear with them. T
he stairs down to the beach, in particular, would have been nearly impossible. But hardly any guest has to carry their own equipment. Thanks to the hard-working staff, there's hardly anything left to lug around.
Three dives are offered every day, and you're taken to them on the typical boats.
The dive sites are mostly steep walls, teeming with macro life. Definitely follow the guide, because he knows exactly where to find everything.
.. Thanks to my extensive experience, I was fortunate enough to always dive solo with my guide. Even venturing off the beaten track sometimes… 🤩😎
And now for something that impressed me the most.
Since I only did the morning dive and the 11:00 AM dive, I usually spent my afternoons at the pool witnessing just how much care is given to new divers at this resort.
Training is conducted here in individual or pairs.
For seven days, I witnessed every afternoon that there wasn't even a third student to count as a group. And not because there weren't enough students.
Up to ten students were being trained simultaneously in five different courses. At any other dive center, that would be two groups…
I find this truly exceptional and can only recommend that every beginner or advanced diver take their course at this center.
Absolutely outstanding customer service! 🥰 Bravo from me!

Einen Gruss aus Cebu
Ich bin gerade am packen und traurig hier weg zu müssen.
Als Taucher mit knapp 800 Tauchgängen, kann ich sagen, dass mich dieses Tauchresort absolut beeindruckend hat.
Ich spreche nicht über die Tauchplätze, die einfach mit allem gesegnet sind, was das Taucherherz begehrt. Es ist die ganze Basis, die unglaublich gut organisiert ist.
Jeder Gast ist von der Ankunft bis zum Abschied liebevoll umsorgt. Meine Wenigkeit ist mit operierten Knie auf Reisen und dank dem Stuff konnte ich alles abgeben.
Speziell die Treppe zum Strand wäre kaum machbar gewesen. Aber kaum ein Gast muss sein Zeug tragen. Dank der fleissigen Jungs bleibt kaum was übrig zum „schleppen“.
Es werden jeden Tag drei Tauchgänge angeboten, zu denen man auf den typischen Booten geschippert wird.
Die Tauchplätze sind meist Steilwände, die von Macro nur so gesegnet sind. Unbedingt dem Guide folgen, denn er weiss genau wo was zu finden ist.
Ich hatte das Glück dank der grossen Erfahrung immer als Einzeltaucher mit meinem Guide unterwegs zu sein. Auch mal abseits der gebrieften Route … 🤩😎
Und nun zu einem Punkt, der mich am meisten beeindruckt hat.
Da ich immer nur den Morgentauchgang und den um 11:00 Uhr getaucht bin, habe ich am Nachmittag meist am Pool miterleben dürfen, wie sehr sich hier in diesem Resort um Neutaucher gekümmert wird.
Hier werden die Ausbildung in Einzel oder Zweiergruppen geleistet.
Ich habe 7 Tage hier jeden Nachmittag miterleben dürfen, dass nicht einmal ein dritter Kursteilnehmer als Gruppe zu zählen war. Und das nicht etwa, weil nicht genügend Schüler da waren.
Parallel wurden bis zu 10 Schüler in 5 Kursen ausgebildet. An jeden anderen Platz wären das 2 Gruppen …
Also das finde ich einmalig und kann nur jeden „Frischling“ oder weiterbildend empfehlen sich in dieser Basis den jeweiligen Kurs zu belegen.
Absolut außergewöhnlich Service am Kunden 🥰
