Both locations provide world-class scuba training in a relaxed beachfront setting, making them ideal environments for professional dive education.

The PADI IDC in Moalboal takes place at Neptune Diving Resort's PADI 5-Star IDC Resort located directly on Panagsama Beach. This laid-back seaside town offers easy access to some of the best dive sites in the Philippines, including the famous Moalboal Sardine Run, just a few fin kicks from the shore.
