SUNSET FLOW, an evening dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Imagine flowing through your practice as the sun sets, feeling the gentle breeze, and ending your day with a sense of calm and renewal.

This is more than just a yoga class. It’s a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share a beautiful experience with a supportive community.
