Kung gusto mo mag-start mag workout… ito na ang sign mo. 💪

Hindi para sa bashers.Hindi para mapansin ng ibang tao.Hindi para may mapatunayan sa social media.

Gawin mo para sa sarili mo.

Para mas lumakas.Para mas gumaan ang pakiramdam.Para mas humaba at gumanda ang quality of life.Para maging mas confident—physically and emotionally.

At oo… pag nagsimula ka, may masasabi ang tao.

“Sa umpisa lang yan.”“Anong biglang gym?”“Hindi naman bagay sayo.”“Titigil din yan.”

Different Grips… and Apparently Different Life Choices 😄

Not all grips are created equal.

1. Easy Grip 👍
Thumb wraps around the bar.
This is the most common grip—secure, beginner-friendly, and great for most exercises like bench press, rows, and pulldowns. If you’re new, this is your best friend.

2. Medium Grip 🤏
A slightly more controlled grip position.
Gives you a balance of comfort, control, and power. Great once you start getting stronger and want better bar control.

3. Hard Grip ❤️😂
No bar… just somebody’s hand.
Doesn’t build muscle directly, but studies do show strong relationships and social connection can help reduce stress and improve recovery. So technically… still gains.

Train smart, grip with purpose, and remember—strength comes in different forms.
