They say that it takes 21 days to make a new habit. Here at V-Flex Gym, we want to help you build good habits and break the bad ones. It is in this spirit that we’re launching our 21-Day Challenge to help you start building a sustainable workout habit. You just have to hit the gym for 21 days straight (with Sundays as rest days) and it’s free!

21-Day Challenge Guidelines:

1. You must be a new member of V-flex Gym.
2. Like our official page.
3. Like and share this post.
4.. Pay the P500 monthly membership fee.
5. Workout for at least 30 minutes for 21 days starting on February 15, 2021 until March 8, 2021. Don’t miss a single workout for the said time period. (Sundays would be considered as rest days.)
6. If you complete the challenge, not only have you built a good habit, we will also give back your P500 and award you with a certificate of completion!
