Players, please take note! Due to popular demand, we have added extra slots across our categories. To accommodate the larger brackets and ensure everyone gets plenty of quality game time, we have adjusted our division blocks and extended the expected game schedules. 📈⏱️

NOVICE: Call Time: 6:30 AM | Games: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
LOW INT: Call Time: 9:30 AM | Games: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
HIGH INT MIXED: Call Time: 1:30 PM | Games: 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
HIGH INT MENS: Call Time: 3:00 PM | Games: 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM
ADVANCED: Call Time: 5:30 PM | Games: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Strict Game Timers: Because we have extended the timeline to fit more matches, we will be implementing strict game timers. Please be on time and ready to play immediately when called. Schedule Shifts: While this is roughly our target goal, matches may finish faster or run slightly longer than expected. Even with potential shifts, you must follow your designated Call Time to keep the tournament moving on track. 🤝⚡

Players, the countdown is officially on! ⏳ To make sure our tournament day runs as smoothly, competitively, and fun as possible, we have officially laid out our Tournament Rules & Guidelines.

Please read the attached document very carefully. In fact, we highly recommend reading it 2 to 3 times so you and your partner absolutely understand every single detail! 🧠💯

To keep things completely fair and organized on game day, please take note of these important reminders:
• Our Source of Truth: If any disputes or questions arise on tournament day, the committee will refer strictly to these guidelines to make final decisions. ⚖️
• No Excuses: "I didn't know the rule" will not be accepted as an excuse on the court. It is every player's responsibility to know the mechanics, call times, and scoring rules before stepping onto the court! 🙅‍♂️
• Play Hard, Play Fair: We are here to compete, but more importantly, we are here to build a great community. Let's keep the sportsmanship high and the vibes positive! 🤝💛
