โ€‹The Mati School of Arts and Trades has officially secured the Secondary Boys Baseball championship at the Unit Meet 2026.

โ€‹By claiming the top spot in the tournament, the MSAT athletes have earned the honor of representing their unit in the upcoming City Meet 2026. This victory marks a significant milestone in their athletic journey, moving them one step closer to the regional DAVRAA Meet and the Palarong Pambansa.

โ€‹The entire MSAT community stands proud of the team's dedication and success. The squad is now focused on intensive preparations as they gear up to compete against the best teams across the city.

Mati School of Arts and Trades alumni baseball players returned to the field for a special exhibition game against the newly crowned Baseball Champions of Intramurals 2025, the Grade 10 team.

The match featured a spirited exchange of skills, with the champions displaying the energy and determination that brought them their title, while the alumni showcased seasoned plays and steady teamwork.

Though played in a friendly atmosphere, the exhibition game highlighted competition, unity, and pride in MSATโ€™s baseball tradition. The event served as both a celebration of the championsโ€™ victory and a testament to the enduring legacy of the schoolโ€™s athletes.

The diamond heated up as Mati School of Arts and Trades opened the baseball event of Intramurals 2025 with a clash between Grade 8 and Grade 11. The upperclassmen showed composure and strength, outplaying the juniors to secure the first win for Grade 11.

In the second game, Grade 12 faced off with Grade 10. Fueled by grit and teamwork, the Grade 10 squad stunned the seniors and earned their spot in the championship round.

The finals brought excitement as Grade 11 and Grade 10 battled for supremacy. Despite Grade 11โ€™s earlier momentum, the Grade 10 team dominated the championship game, proving their resilience and sealing the title as Baseball Champions of MSAT Intramurals 2025.

Their victory not only highlighted athletic skill but also showcased unity and sportsmanship, embodying the true spirit of the intramurals.

After securing a bronze medal at the City Meet 2025, the three athletes bring their talent and experience with MNCHS as they prepare for the regional competition in Davao del Norte.

With their presence, the Mati City Eagles aims to make a strong impact at DAVRAA 2025.

The Mati School of Arts and Trades (MSAT) Baseball Team secured a bronze medal at The City Meet 2025 after competing against Mati National Comprehensive High School (MNCHS)

Despite a determined effort, MSAT fell short in their games, finishing third in the three-team tournament. MNCHS dominated the competition and will face DSLNHS in the championship match.

Though the team did not advance to the finals, their performance reflected resilience and sportsmanship. With valuable experience gained, MSAT looks forward to refining their skills and coming back stronger in future competitions.
