Despite Morandanteโ€™s offensive heroics, the Mati School of Arts and Trades fell just short in a high-scoring 14โ€“13 thriller, officially ending their run with a third-place finish. Morandanteโ€™s home run provided a critical spark for MSAT in the three-team competition, keeping the pressure on DSLNHS until the final out. While MSAT secures the bronze, the tournament moves toward its conclusion as DSLNHS prepares to face Mati National Comprehensive High School to determine the city champion before the 2026 DAVRAA Meet in Tagum City.

Mati School of Arts and Trades alumni baseball players returned to the field for a special exhibition game against the newly crowned Baseball Champions of Intramurals 2025, the Grade 10 team.

The match featured a spirited exchange of skills, with the champions displaying the energy and determination that brought them their title, while the alumni showcased seasoned plays and steady teamwork.

Though played in a friendly atmosphere, the exhibition game highlighted competition, unity, and pride in MSATโ€™s baseball tradition. The event served as both a celebration of the championsโ€™ victory and a testament to the enduring legacy of the schoolโ€™s athletes.
