4 October 2017 marks the day that all three species thresher sharks are listed in Appendix II of CITES.

Under Philippine Republic Act 10654, this also means that these sharks are protected within Philippine waters!

Great time in Maripipi/Sambawan island. 2N/3Days. With Remy's family, Demba,Valérie, Sophie, Denisse and Mickael. Guided by Chris & Rémy. What did w see? Black tips, turtles, rays, seasnake, squids, snappers, tuna, trumpet fish, pipe fish and so much more :)
