BACKHAND CONFIDENCE

Turn your backhand from a weakness into a weapon. Build greater confidence, consistency, and control as you learn backhand slice dinks, generate more power with your two-handed backhand drives, attack confidently with backhand volleys at the kitchen line, and develop reliable backhand returns against hard serves.

Through focused drills, coach-guided instruction, and game-based application, you’ll gain the skills to make your backhand a true asset in every match.

From first rallies to friendly matches, every Saturday is a chance for your child to learn, move, and grow through pickleball. 🏓💙

HookedPickleball Junior Training Grounds is an ongoing program for kids ages 4–7 and 8–12, with age-appropriate training, certified coaches, and a maximum of only 12 players per session for focused support.

Training Days build skills through progressive instruction, while Game Days let players apply what they’ve learned through structured matches, mini-games, and friendly competitions.

WARM UP DRILLS (30 MINS):

DRILL #1. Front dinking with controlled speedups at the kitchen by partners. 3 pairs per court. We rotate every 3mins.

DRILL #2: Paddle Knockout - Keep your paddle in the game or get knocked out!

DRILL #3: Pickle Bullies Takeover - Build your advantage, take over the court, and become the bullies!

WIN-LOSE STACKING OP VIA PICKLEQ APP:

1. We strictly follow PickleQ's match ups to balance the teams over time. 6-8 games per player. 3.5 hrs total on 2 courts.

2. Optional manual DUPR games recording via Reclub. Before a match, if all players have DUPR and agree, we record.

3. All 4 players must be within same DUPR range (ex. 2.0 - 3.0, 3.0 and up).

HookedPickleball Junior Training Grounds is an ongoing developmental program with a progressive skills curriculum designed for how kids learn best. Each Saturday session gives young players consistent practice, thoughtful coaching, and opportunities to put what they have learned into action during Game Days.

Sessions run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Paloo PH pickleball court, 3rd Level, SM City Marikina. With multiple certified coaches and only 12 kids accepted per session, every player receives focused support in an encouraging environment.

Families may book individual sessions, but purchasing training credits offers better value and helps you save as your child learns and grows with the program.
